After receiving my radiation treatment for today at the UF Health Davis Cancer Pavillion, Melissa and I went on a long walk to the Neuromedicine building, where we met with my neurologist/oncologist physician Dr. Rinonos. Always upbeat, positive and engaging, that appointment went quite well as my treatments continue unabated. Afterwards, the day slogged on after I ate my main meal from an Arby's drive-through line, not sleeping very much overnight. Dr. Rinonos was very enthusiastic and supportive of the exercise routine that I created, making the whole experience one of never leaving the ground (no contact). I just need to regularly show up and follow through with it. Later on there was Monday Night Football on ABC/ESPN when the Philadelphia Eagles went to Los Angeles to play the Chargers...Philly has been slumping a bit lately. Well, we'll see what tomorrow brings...
