Feeling better today than yesterday...although not at 100%...I exercised more and was more generally active. For the first time in a while, Melissa and I visited our nearby YMCA pool, where I practiced swimming. We're well-entrenched here in northern Florida in the typical summer pattern weather for our area, with sunniness in the morning yielding to spotty periods of rain and thunder into the afternoon. I'm wishing you and yours a happy summer...
